He <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">doesn</del>'<del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">t get along very well with either John </del>or <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">Arthur</del>, <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">though John makes his distrust in the former O'Driscoll gang member pretty obvious when </del>he <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">says the quote above. The quote also makes a statement about John's characterization: </del>he's <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">capable of being amicable with people, even when he doesn't want to be, but that doesn't mean he necessarily likes them</del>. <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">It also might even speak </del>to the <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">character development John goes through from </del>the <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">Red Dead Redemption 2 story </del>to the <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">Red Dead Redemption </del>

<del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">Grand Theft Auto V launched </del>for <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">last gen systems </del>in <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">2013 and was later ported </del>to <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">the new generation. Even though the PS4 version looks better, it’s still </del>a <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">six-year-old game</del>. <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">A game from just a year ago that was able to take full advantage of the new consoles </del>is<del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">, of course, going to look better </del>by <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">comparison. That’s just how this industry works, but that isn’t always </del>the <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">case. Games still look amazing on SNES</del>, <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">but look like polygonal garbage on </del>the <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">N64 as just one example of </del>the <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">oppos

One </del>of the <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">many things players love about </del>Red Dead Redemption 2 is <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">Arthur's amazing beard and how it grows naturally as many days pass in-game. His beard can become as bushy as can be, but this growth stops after a point. This can be disappointing, but there's </del>a <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">simple way to ensure that Arthur can look grizzlier than ever if players want his beard to grow even m</del>

<del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">Within the first minute of the game</del>, <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">you can up and steal </del>a <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">bike</del>. <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">That's the hero</del>, <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">watch him ride </del>off <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">and take out three or so gangs and save </del>the <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">day. He does have a good heart though cruel in his actions against oth</del>

<del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">The other significant bonus content is </del>the <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">new quest "The Ends </del>of <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">the Earth</del>.<del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">" You can find </del>a <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">stranger just west </del>of <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">Horseshoe Overlook</del>, <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">where you set up camp after the snowy intro. This stranger </del>is <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">an herb enthusiast who asks </del>you <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">to find some yarrow, which you might already </del>have <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">given how prevalent it is</del>. <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">In exchange, he’ll give </del>you <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">a Horse Reviver for when </del>you <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">inevitably drive your horse of </del>a <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">cliff</del>. <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">From then on</del>, <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">you can find him in various places </del>and <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">he’ll give various herb collect-a-thon missi</del>

<del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">Another well</del>-<del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">known franchise that was already immensely popular prior to this decade was Super Mario</del>. <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">However</del>, the <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">games that have come out from </del>the <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">franchise this decade have been amongst </del>some of the <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">greatest in hist</del>

<del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">When it comes to video games exploding in popularity</del>, <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">there is nothing quite </del>like <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">Fortnite . Who would have thought at </del>the <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">start of the decade that </del>a <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">free online battle royale game would have become one of, if </del>not the <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">most popular game of </del>the <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">dec</del>

<del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">The game handled combat very well with </del>the <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">mouse and keyboard scheme</del>, <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">especially guns. The aim-and-shoot mechanics adapt easily </del>to the <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">right and left mouse buttons, and everything about combat feels </del>natural<del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">, even </del>on <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">horseback</del>. <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">Everything </del>is <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">very smooth </del>and <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">responsive, </del>and <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">missing a shot feels like a missed shot; </del>not <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">that a shoddy control system ruined it </del>for

<del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">It</del>'s <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">no mystery John Marston has problems with authority. He</del>'s <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">rough all around </del>the <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">edges </del>and <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">has the scars and backstory </del>to <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">prove it</del>. <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">There are very few people he respects and they all seem </del>to <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">have the same gray morals John does. This </del>can<del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">'t be </del>a <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">coincidence</del>, <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">but at least John is aware of </del>it<del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">. He also knows how to twist his backstory and character flaws into a quip that easily cuts the person he</del>'s <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">talking </del>to <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">(someone he obviously doesn</del>'<del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">t respect) down </del>to <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">their kn</del>

<del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">The perfect killing machine</del>. <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">It doesn't matter </del>the <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">good or evil nature of </del>the <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">target, so long as he completes his mission. There </del>is <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">no good intention</del>, <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">only an end goal, you don't fight </del>for <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">justice unless the assassination's alignment matches justice as w</del>

<del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">This may a bit unfair to Red Dead Redemption 2</del>, <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">as it hasn’t even been out </del>a <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">year yet compared to Grand Theft Auto V . That said, time constraints or not that game is </del>a <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">lot more visible in society. That has always been the case </del>with <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">this series though</del>. <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">There has never been anything controversial with Red Dead Redemption 2 </del>, <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">well</del>, <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">except for when it came to development practices. Even so Grand Theft Auto V has more </del>of <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">a cultural impact </del>on <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">a whole compared to both </del>Red Dead <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">Redemption </del>games<del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">. That’s just </del>the <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">way it</del>
+
<ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">So, once you get the game running, what is it like </ins>to <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">play on PC? Well</ins>, <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">the controls translate exceedingly well </ins>to <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">the mouse and keyboard control scheme</ins>. <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">Horse riding is </ins>a <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">bit clunky</ins>, but <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">no more than it was </ins>in <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">other versions of RDR2 </ins>, <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">in any other game with </ins>a <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">horse in it, or, let’s face it, in regards to riding real-life hor</ins>

<ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">As the decade nears its end</ins>, the <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">time has come to look back at </ins>the <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">previous ten years' highs and lows</ins>. <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">Like a sequel seeking </ins>to <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">recapture the magic of its predecessor</ins>, the <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">2010s started life in the shadow of </ins>the <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">2000s before seeking out its own path. Spanning multiple console generations </ins>and <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">platforms, this decade saw </ins>the <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">birth of fledgling IPs like Splatoon while revered properties such as Metal Gear Solid produced some </ins>of <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">their greatest and most unfortunate cont</ins>

<ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">Despite </ins>the <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">realistic tone</ins>, <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">Rockstar has never been afraid </ins>to <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">include some absurdity </ins>. <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">In RDR2 you </ins>can <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">find a man claiming </ins>to <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">be a sasquatch hunter in </ins>the <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">Valentine saloon</ins>. He'<ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">ll talk at length about the existence of Bigfoot and whether Arthur believes him </ins>or <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">not</ins>, <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">some fans will remember </ins>he <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">knows what </ins>he's <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">talking about. The same character appears in the Undead Nightmare expansion for the first game</ins>. <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">He gives Marston the mission </ins>to <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">hunt down </ins>the <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">sasquatches around </ins>the <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">area of Tall Trees. And if you do some exploring in RDR2 , Arthur might just come across a skeleton that lends some truth </ins>to the <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">man's cla</ins>

<ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">As one medium-defining sequel per decade is simply not enough </ins>for <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">Rockstar, Red Dead Redemption 2 came out </ins>in <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">2018 </ins>to a <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">standing ovation from critics and players alike</ins>. <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">Despite what </ins>is <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">suggested </ins>by the <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">name</ins>, the <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">narrative takes place prior to </ins>the <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">events </ins>of the <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">first game, so </ins>Red Dead Redemption 2 is <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">technically </ins>a <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">preq</ins>

<ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">Starting with 2004's FlatOut </ins>, <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">this demolition derby racing franchise maintained </ins>a <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">consistent degree of quality throughout its first four games</ins>. <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">Unfortunately</ins>, <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">things quickly veered </ins>off <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">track once Team6 Game Studios took over as </ins>the <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">main develop</ins>

<ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">Whether </ins>the <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">PC release </ins>of <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">this game is successful or not depends on what you want it for</ins>. <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">If you want </ins>a <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">beautiful recreation </ins>of <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">your favorite console game that can run at 60 fps and 4K resolution</ins>, <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">it </ins>is <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">probably only successful if </ins>you have <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">a dedicated gaming PC</ins>. <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">If </ins>you <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">heard RDR2 was good and </ins>you <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">have </ins>a <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">PC, the release was mostly successful</ins>. <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">Despite the crashing problem, the game ports over well</ins>, and <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">is still just as fun to p</ins>

<ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">You can never be too wary of strangers in the wide</ins>-<ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">[https://openworldpedia.com/ open world Builds|https://openworldpedia</ins>.<ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">com/] world of Red Dead Redemption 2 </ins>, <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">especially in </ins>the <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">big city of Saint Denis. For the most part, strangers are friendly, especially if you're just passing them on </ins>the <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">street. There are </ins>some <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">that will take advantage </ins>of <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">your kindness (or react to your hostility) so it's best to be ready to wield your closest firearm at all times. This goes for dealing with strangers and other players alike in </ins>the <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">world of Red Dead Online as w</ins>

<ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">He's not all good</ins>, <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">coming from a tragic background </ins>like <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">most heroes, but </ins>the <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">tragic backstory has </ins>a <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">more villainous effect on him. He's </ins>not <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">saving anyone or upholding </ins>the <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">good, everything he does is for his rage-filled vendetta against </ins>the <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">gods and it's better to mow down anyone who glances at him wrong in his </ins>

<ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">Many older video games have </ins>the <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">same conceit of making their main characters unable to swim</ins>, <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">in order </ins>to <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">give </ins>the <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">world </ins>natural <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">boundaries or cut down </ins>on <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">the number of animations needed</ins>. <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">John Marston </ins>is <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">one of these, immediately dying if he ventures into water. Arthur doesn't suffer from the same problem </ins>and <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">he </ins>and <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">other gang members can be heard to make fun of John for his inability. It might </ins>not <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">hit home </ins>for <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">players until they're playing as John later and try to swim, like Arthur could have, only to find John instantly struggling to stay afl</ins>

<ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">If there</ins>'s <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">anything gamers love more than gaming, it</ins>'s <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">probably memes. Video games are </ins>the <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">perfect source for memes because of their less-than-realistic graphics, funny AI, </ins>and <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">what some like </ins>to <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">call "game logic</ins>.<ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">" Though most games tend </ins>to <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">follow real-world rules, sometimes that </ins>can <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">look </ins>a <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">little ridiculous. Some games</ins>, <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">like the two in the Red Dead Redemption series, have so many characters and such an involved storyline </ins>it's <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">hard not </ins>to <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">create memes out of them. If you follow the series at all or know anything about good ole John Marston, you</ins>'<ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">re bound </ins>to <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">laugh at these ten me</ins>

<ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">Running into a pedestrian with Arthur's horse can lead to them getting hurt, which unnecessarily adds to Arthur's bounty</ins>. <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">Players will eventually have enough money to turn this into a non-issue, but </ins>the <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">trek to remove this bounty in </ins>the <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">first place </ins>is <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">grating and better off avoided</ins>, <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">especially </ins>for <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">such a silly offe</ins>

<ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">If you find yourself on the wrong side of the law</ins>, <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">lawmen can be </ins>a <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">pretty dangerous bunch—especially if you find yourself in </ins>a <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">state </ins>with <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">a bounty on your head</ins>. <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">Grizzly bears and cougars don't really discriminate</ins>, <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">and if you don't have the right loadout</ins>, <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">they can be some </ins>of <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">the deadliest pawns </ins>on <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">the board. But not all enemies in </ins>Red Dead games <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">are living and breathing with weapons on hand; water is definitely one of the most dangerous foes you'll face while out there on </ins>the <ins class="diffchange diffchange-inline">ra</ins>
New page
Running into a pedestrian with Arthur's horse can lead to them getting hurt, [https://openworldpedia.com/ open world mod guides|https://Openworldpedia.com/] which unnecessarily adds to Arthur's bounty. Players will eventually have enough money to turn this into a non-issue, but the trek to remove this bounty in the first place is grating and better off avoided, especially for such a silly offe

When you're evil in this game, you are the villain torturing the masses. The antihero phase comes in if you decide to do a mixed playthrough, then you're just the jerk who burns all the villagers' hay and beats the snot out of that eight-year-old after you save the village from o

From small mods that improve the way Arthur controls to massive tweaks that change the way players approach a game, it's easy to see why Red Dead Redemption 2 has become a hotbed of modding like nothing before it. Players who love Red Dead Redemption 2 but can't ignore some of its minute yet annoying faults can use mods to remove most of these frustrations and make the game as engaging as possible in just a few minu

Kieran Duffy is a strange supporting character who drifts throughout Red Dead Redemption 2 . He doesn't get along very well with either John or Arthur, though John makes his distrust in the former O'Driscoll gang member pretty obvious when he says the quote above. The quote also makes a statement about John's characterization: he's capable of being amicable with people, even when he doesn't want to be, but that doesn't mean he necessarily likes them. It also might even speak to the character development John goes through from the Red Dead Redemption 2 story to the Red Dead Redemption

Grand Theft Auto V launched for last gen systems in 2013 and was later ported to the new generation. Even though the PS4 version looks better, it’s still a six-year-old game. A game from just a year ago that was able to take full advantage of the new consoles is, of course, going to look better by comparison. That’s just how this industry works, but that isn’t always the case. Games still look amazing on SNES, but look like polygonal garbage on the N64 as just one example of the oppos

One of the many things players love about Red Dead Redemption 2 is Arthur's amazing beard and how it grows naturally as many days pass in-game. His beard can become as bushy as can be, but this growth stops after a point. This can be disappointing, but there's a simple way to ensure that Arthur can look grizzlier than ever if players want his beard to grow even m

Within the first minute of the game, you can up and steal a bike. That's the hero, watch him ride off and take out three or so gangs and save the day. He does have a good heart though cruel in his actions against oth

The other significant bonus content is the new quest "The Ends of the Earth." You can find a stranger just west of Horseshoe Overlook, where you set up camp after the snowy intro. This stranger is an herb enthusiast who asks you to find some yarrow, which you might already have given how prevalent it is. In exchange, he’ll give you a Horse Reviver for when you inevitably drive your horse of a cliff. From then on, you can find him in various places and he’ll give various herb collect-a-thon missi

Another well-known franchise that was already immensely popular prior to this decade was Super Mario. However, the games that have come out from the franchise this decade have been amongst some of the greatest in hist

When it comes to video games exploding in popularity, there is nothing quite like Fortnite . Who would have thought at the start of the decade that a free online battle royale game would have become one of, if not the most popular game of the dec

The game handled combat very well with the mouse and keyboard scheme, especially guns. The aim-and-shoot mechanics adapt easily to the right and left mouse buttons, and everything about combat feels natural, even on horseback. Everything is very smooth and responsive, and missing a shot feels like a missed shot; not that a shoddy control system ruined it for

It's no mystery John Marston has problems with authority. He's rough all around the edges and has the scars and backstory to prove it. There are very few people he respects and they all seem to have the same gray morals John does. This can't be a coincidence, but at least John is aware of it. He also knows how to twist his backstory and character flaws into a quip that easily cuts the person he's talking to (someone he obviously doesn't respect) down to their kn

The perfect killing machine. It doesn't matter the good or evil nature of the target, so long as he completes his mission. There is no good intention, only an end goal, you don't fight for justice unless the assassination's alignment matches justice as w

This may a bit unfair to Red Dead Redemption 2, as it hasn’t even been out a year yet compared to Grand Theft Auto V . That said, time constraints or not that game is a lot more visible in society. That has always been the case with this series though. There has never been anything controversial with Red Dead Redemption 2 , well, except for when it came to development practices. Even so Grand Theft Auto V has more of a cultural impact on a whole compared to both Red Dead Redemption games. That’s just the way it
